Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened software, digital downloads, or gift cards.

- Items on sale or clearance, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

- All return shipping costs are responsible by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Please securely package your item for return to prevent damage during transit.
